This album contains an assortment of the tornadoes we have seen since 2001. Not every tornado is pictured here but I have done my best to post those included in chronological order. Some pictures are of good quality...others are poor. While some chasers only post their best work, I have chosen to post a wider variety to demonstrate that not only is finding a tornado a challenge - so is getting into position for a good shot. Sometimes the atmosphere doesn't cooperate. Visibility can be disrupted by haze, dust and rain. Sometimes the road network doesn't allow a closer shot. At other times, a close shot would mean compromised safety. Hopefully this album will give you a picture of the spectrum of experiences that are part of the art of storm chasing. Still under construction...more will be added as I have time.
